Job Requirements
- Must be an extrovert with a love for talking with people
- Must be organized and prompt
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Must attend work on a regular and predictable basis
- Must complete assigned tasks in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness

- Must work cooperatively with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers and the public

- Must be able to work varying shifts, including overtime

- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and squat
- Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads
- Must be able to stand and be on one's feet during the work day
Job Qualifications
- Earth Fare experience preferred
- Theatrical experience preferred
- A love for food, show, and fun
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create and execute eye-catching and well-merchandised active food demonstrations while promoting vendor supported products throughout the store
- Monitor and adjust passive demos throughout the day while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Complete weekly transfers and vendor surveys
- Communicate with Department Managers your product needs for weekly active demos
- Communicate with Receiving Manager demo supply needs
