Job Duties

  • assist in preparation including mise-en-place and ensure smooth operation
  • support guest experience by greeting and attending to guests in cooperation with the Chef de Rang

  • ensure cleanliness and an elegant environment
  • collaborate as part of the team to deliver exceptional fine dining service
