Job Duties
- assist in preparation including mise-en-place and ensure smooth operation
- support guest experience by greeting and attending to guests in cooperation with the Chef de Rang
- participate in serving food and beverages at the highest level
- contribute to maintaining quality standards during service
- ensure cleanliness and an elegant environment
- collaborate as part of the team to deliver exceptional fine dining service
- uphold hospitality and professional presentation standards
