Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a fine dining or Michelin-level setting
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of foundational cooking techniques
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
- Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift in moderate to high noise levels
- Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids, and operate kitchen equipment
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Support the Chef de Partie in preparing, organizing, and executing all components of your assigned station
- Execute prep, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks with precision, consistency, and cleanliness
- Ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated according to kitchen standards
- Assist with plating and service during busy periods, maintaining accuracy and speed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation that reflects the restaurant's hygiene and safety expectations
- Participate in daily briefings, tastings, and kitchen-wide prep and breakdown
