Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
- standing and walking for entire shifts amid moderate to high noise levels
- manual ability to chop, mix, blend, and whip foods and operate kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a fine dining or Michelin-level setting
- strong knife skills and understanding of foundational cooking techniques

- excellent time management, cleanliness, and organizational habits
- positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to take direction with grace
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Support the Chef de Partie in preparing, organizing, and executing all components of your assigned station
- execute prep, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks with precision, consistency, and cleanliness
- ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated according to kitchen standards
- assist with plating and service during busy periods, maintaining accuracy and speed
- maintain a clean and organized workstation that reflects the restaurant’s hygiene and safety expectations
- participate in daily briefings, tastings, and kitchen-wide prep and breakdown
