Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years culinary experience or equivalent combination
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to interact with guests and resolve problems diplomatically
- Must qualify for licenses required by regulations
- Must obtain ServSafe certification
- Must complete ServSafe Alcohol training
- Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, crouch and balance as required
Job Qualifications

- Must be able to qualify for necessary licenses and permits

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the back-of-house Buffet department
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling concerns
- Administer all aspects of food preparation ensuring cleanliness and stock
- Support compliance to departmental budgets
- Promote customer service standards and address issues proactively
- Maintain cost control by monitoring inventory and pars
- Assist Sous Chef with administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with health department and customer service standards
- Report potential regulatory issues to management
- Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
