Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of culinary experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs
- Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve conflicts
- Able to obtain ServSafe certification
- Able to complete ServSafe Alcohol training
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Able to manage workflows and provide coaching
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to back of house Buffet department staff
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with management on scheduling concerns
- Administer all aspects of food preparation ensuring kitchen cleanliness and stock
- Support compliance with departmental budgets
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards
- Monitor cost control methods including pars and inventory
- Assist Sous Chef with administrative duties
- Maintain quality assurance procedures for health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality in departmental and company matters
