Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- Visual and auditory acuity sufficient for a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to maneuver around tables and corners
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Experience or training as a runner or busser in a similar dining environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to network and create memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality settings preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic team setting
Job Duties
- Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room, including tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and walls
- Reset tables according to floor plans or instructions from management after guests depart
- Assist with guest requests and questions
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and adapt to changing needs within the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the dining experience
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
