Job Requirements

be at least 21 years old
possess a high school diploma or GED
have a valid passport
be willing to relocate to base city if necessary
demonstrate physical strength to lift baggage and push carts
be flexible to work varied schedules
hold legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
effective communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
customer service experience preferred
problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
physical ability to lift baggage and handle heavy carts
valid passport for international travel

Job Duties

ensure passenger safety by demonstrating and enforcing safety protocols
greet and assist passengers during boarding and throughout the flight
provide beverage and snack service to passengers
respond effectively to passenger inquiries and requests
manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently
assist passengers with special needs or medical issues
maintain cleanliness and order of the cabin during the flight
