Job Requirements
- 2 years experience as sales or catering assistant with use of Delphi operating system
- Some college education or equivalent is required
- Ability to display excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to display proficient typing skills
- Ability to display proficient organizational skills and attention to detail
- Food and beverage knowledge is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare all written communication for Catering and Conference Services department including internal meeting requests
- Maintain and reconcile all required weekly and monthly reports for Catering department
- Maintain the Delphi System including menu input, average check update, BEO training and maintenance
- Communicate with guests and vendors on behalf of the Commercial team
- Partner with hotel departments to ensure the proper use and maintenance of Delphi system
