Job Requirements
- ability to work mid-shift and closing shift
- meet or exceed minimum wage requirements for the location
- eligibility to work in the United States
- pass Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- reliable transportation if required
- physical fitness to handle loading and unloading
- availability for part-time work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior delivery or customer service experience advantageous
- valid driver’s license if applicable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- physical ability to lift and carry grocery items
Job Duties
- load and unload product from delivery vehicle
- deliver merchandise to customers accurately and on time
- confirm delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain safety and cleanliness of delivery vehicle
- communicate effectively with store team and customers
- adhere to all Walmart delivery protocols and policies
