Job Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Follow safety rules and use safety equipment daily
- Punctual with ability to report to work on time
- Ability to read Julian and pull date codes
- Capable of lifting weights up to 161 lbs
- Muscular coordination for moving products
- Able to pass drug and background check
- Must maintain a safe driving record
- Report any driving related issues
- Completed Beer 101 training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of Beer 101 training
- Good math skills
- Ability to perform heavy and repetitive lifting
- Muscular coordination for moving products
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain safe driving record
- Experience with inventory management preferred
- Understanding of product rotation and date coding systems
Job Duties
- Run multiple route types
- Fill in for delivery drivers on vacation or absent
- Run open routes when assigned
- Assist in delivering correct product amount and type
- Stock coolers, back stock, shelves, and refill displays
- Maintain proper rotation standards
- Inventory assigned truck and report totals to warehouse supervisor
- Report load variances immediately
- Balance load-in and load-out sheets
- Balance daily receipts with invoices and monies
- Perform vehicle safety checks
- Maintain vehicle in safe operating condition
- Build and maintain product displays
- Restock beer selling areas
- Merchandise with point of sale materials
- Maintain back stock and correct pricing
- Ensure products are in saleable condition
- Attend delivery meetings and training
- Build and maintain customer relations
- Maintain shelf space and obtain additional space
- Submit out of stock conditions daily
- Sell retailers on accepting ordered beer
- Collect appropriate funds upon delivery
- Report problems to supervisor immediately
- Maintain dress and personal appearance standards
- Maintain assigned equipment
- Assist with other tasks as necessary
- Adhere to all regulations
- Rotate and check quality of products in Tell-Sell accounts
- Understand company quality assurance policy
- Participate in weekend pull-up activities
- Take on other duties as assigned
