Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
  • meet company-mandated driving eligibility requirements
  • maintain a driving record that meets company standards
  • ability to perform daily vehicle fluid checks and log mileage
  • adhere to company policies for clocking in and out
  • ability to communicate delivery issues effectively
  • ability to project a professional image
  • knowledge of accident report guidelines
  • reliable and responsible with securing vehicle and fleet equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
  • good interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
  • valid state driver's license
  • compliance with the company’s 14/18-point driving record system
  • bilingual abilities are desired, especially fluency in Spanish

Job Duties

  • Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution centers
  • pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route
  • maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries
  • keep fleet, fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure
  • ensure team member at each store verifies invoices and signs the route manifest
  • report any delays to city delivery supervisor and stores remaining on route
  • project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations
