Job Requirements
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- meet company-mandated driving eligibility requirements
- maintain a driving record that meets company standards
- ability to perform daily vehicle fluid checks and log mileage
- adhere to company policies for clocking in and out
- ability to communicate delivery issues effectively
- ability to project a professional image
- knowledge of accident report guidelines
- reliable and responsible with securing vehicle and fleet equipment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- good interpersonal communication skills
- ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- valid state driver's license
- compliance with the company’s 14/18-point driving record system
- bilingual abilities are desired, especially fluency in Spanish
Job Duties
- Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution centers
- pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route
- maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries
- keep fleet, fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure
- ensure team member at each store verifies invoices and signs the route manifest
- report any delays to city delivery supervisor and stores remaining on route
- project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations
