Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in RV operations or customer service preferred
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to operate RVs safely
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in computer software including Google Workspace
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to travel occasionally for deliveries
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional training or certifications in business, management, or RV operations is a plus
- 1-3 years experience in RV operations, customer service, or related field preferred
- strong knowledge of RV systems and safe towing procedures
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented and highly organized
- proficient with Google Workspace and dealer management software
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
- ability to travel occasionally for deliveries
Job Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of RVs prior to delivery
- verify all systems and components are functioning properly
- coordinate delivery schedules with customers and confirm delivery details
- provide comprehensive orientations on vehicle features and operations
- demonstrate how to operate RV features and amenities
- complete delivery documentation including reports and checklists
- serve as a point of contact for post-delivery customer support
- foster positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- promote positive customer reviews through thorough walkthroughs
- demonstrate proper hitching procedures according to company policy
