Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-3 years experience in RV operations or customer service
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- strong knowledge of RV systems and towing procedures
- excellent communication skills
- detail-oriented and organized
- proficiency with basic computer systems
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to operate RVs of varying sizes
- willingness to travel occasionally for deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional training or certifications in business, management, or RV operations is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in RV operations, customer service, or related field preferred
- leadership or project management experience is a plus
- strong knowledge of RV systems and safe towing procedures
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented and highly organized
- proficient with basic computer systems including Google Workspace and dealer management software
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- comfortable operating RVs of varying sizes
- willingness to work weekends, flexible hours, and occasional travel
Job Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of RVs prior to delivery
- coordinate delivery schedules with customers
- communicate delivery details and special requests
- provide comprehensive orientations on RV features and operations
- demonstrate RV features and offer hands-on training
- walk customers through the retail store for accessories
- complete accurate delivery documentation
- serve as a point of contact for post-delivery support
- address customer concerns professionally
- foster positive customer relationships
- follow up to ensure satisfaction
- promote positive customer reviews
- demonstrate how to hitch the RV to the vehicle following company policy
