Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner
- use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections
- maintain cleanliness and operability of vehicles, complete daily inspections
- ensure security of delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and monies collected
- pick up customer returns including new, warranty, and core items, complete driver return slips
- communicate customer issues and needs to store management
- report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damages to store manager promptly
- ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is locked and secured at day's end
- clock in/out according to company policy
- perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, running errands, and assisting as cashier as needed
- comply with all company safety and operational policies
