Job Requirements
- Possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements
- have a driving record meeting the company 14/18-point record system
- ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in driving or delivery roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- strong interpersonal communication skills

- familiarity with automotive parts is desired
- ability to operate light store equipment is a plus
- bilingual fluency, especially in Spanish, is highly desired
- valid state driver's license and compliance with company driving eligibility requirements
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner
- use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections
- keep vehicles clean, maintained, and secure
- ensure the security of delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and collected monies
- pick up customer returns such as new, warranty, and core parts and complete driver return slips
- communicate customer issues or special delivery needs to store management
- report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately
- ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is securely locked at the end of each day
- clock in and out according to company policy
- perform additional duties as assigned including customer service, stocking, merchandising, running errands, and cashier assistance
- occasionally assist customers with sales and service-related tasks
