Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status if applicable
- Passed DOT physical and DOT road test
- Passed physical capability test if applicable
- Adhere to DOT regulations
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Ability to push/pull cases weighing 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to kneel, climb, bend, reach, and walk while delivering and stocking product
Job Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable)
- Passed DOT physical and DOT road test
- Passed physical capability test if applicable
- Adhere to DOT regulations
- Working experience in retail or grocery store operations
- Experience selling and launching promotions
- Experience operating trucks requiring CDL
- Ability to perform basic financial calculations
- Experience operating handheld computers for data input
- Reliable and able to manage cash settlements
Job Duties
- Sell and execute all promotions
- Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
- Deliver products to store
- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
- Comply with operating procedures such as scan-in/scan-out and following designated route
- Deliver customer service including communication and rapport building
- Merchandise all accounts to local standards
- Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
- Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
