Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Prefer 3-6 months commercial driving experience
  • Prior route sales or delivery experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • DOT medical card
  • Knowledge of state alcohol laws
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate handheld devices and complete deposits
  • Commitment to safety and professional behavior
  • Flexible with daily routine
  • Drug free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of company training program
  • In-depth knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and operations
  • Knowledge of state laws regarding the sale of alcohol
  • Good grooming and hygiene practices
  • Flexibility and adaptability to varied routines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-6 months commercial driving experience preferred
  • Prior route sales or delivery experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions
  • Basic math skills to handle transactions and deposits
  • Ability to operate handheld units and related software
  • Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card

Job Duties

  • Adheres to all check-in/check-out policies and procedures
  • Assumes full responsibility for all products assigned to be delivered daily including safeguarding vehicles and equipment
  • Signs for load sheets and verifies number of pallets and equipment
  • Reviews stop sheets and communicates with supervisors about missing accounts
  • Drives truck to deliver products to assigned accounts
  • Stocks and rotates all existing and delivered products on shelves and back stock
  • Sets up promotional displays and adds or replaces POS materials as directed
  • Collects empty kegs and out-of-date or damaged products
  • Collects payments through checks or money orders and provides invoices
  • Completes daily check-in and deposit reconciliation
  • Reports market trends and competitive activity
  • Performs daily vehicle inspections and cleaning
  • Operates company vehicle following fleet safety and DOT regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
