Job Requirements
- Class A CDL and valid DOT Medical Card
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3-6 months commercial driving or similar experience
- ability to lift and carry 26-50 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally
- good physical condition to perform heavy work
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive pushing/pulling
- knowledge of DOT regulations and company safety policies
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule
- drug-free workplace compliance
- adherence to company grooming standards
- basic math and reasoning skills
Job Qualifications
- Completion of company training program
- in-depth knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
- knowledge of state laws regarding alcohol sales
- good grooming and hygiene practices
- flexibility and adaptability to changing daily routines
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months commercial driving experience preferred
- prior route sales or delivery experience preferred
- interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally
- basic math skills for transaction and deposit balancing
- ability to operate handheld communication devices
- possession of Class A CDL and valid DOT Medical Card
Job Duties
- Adhere to all check-in and check-out policies and procedures
- assume full responsibility for all assigned products, vehicles, and equipment
- sign and verify load sheets and pallet counts
- drive trucks to deliver products to assigned accounts
- stock and rotate existing and delivered products
- set up promotional displays and update POS materials
- collect empty kegs, out-of-date, and damaged products
- collect payments and provide customer invoices
- complete daily check-in procedures and reconcile deposits
- report market trends and competitor activity
- perform daily vehicle and equipment checks
- operate company vehicles according to safety and DOT regulations
- perform other duties as assigned by management
