- 3-5 years of delivery management or supervisory experience
- prior beer or beverage industry experience required

Job Duties
- Coordinate optimal routing and loading strategies
- manage daily driver delivery schedules
- review routes and driver assignments weekly
- evaluate driver performance and oversee praise or correction
- monitor driver attendance and enforce compliance
- handle corrective action and ensure proper staffing levels
- approve or deny time off requests and schedule backups
- perform interviews with HR/In-House Recruiter
- conduct delivery evaluations
- manage Delivery Supervisors
- communicate daily with Supervisors on route completions
- lead the team and represent their feedback to management
- provide training for new and existing employees
- address challenges and collaborate with other departments on productivity and service needs
