Job Description
Domino's is currently seeking dynamic and personable Customer Service Representatives to join their fast-paced store teams. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- have access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
- be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to carry multiple trays weighing approximately 12 pounds
- able to push and pull dolly trays
- capable of climbing stairs and ladders occasionally
- able to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach continuously
- comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
- ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- deliver products by car and to customer door
- deliver flyers and door hangers
