Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record per company standards
- Meet all applicable state-specific driver’s license requirements before operating company vehicle
- Ability and willingness to drive safely adhering to company standards
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals
Job Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use computer and handheld radio frequency devices
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Drive vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner
- Create and maintain records related to deliveries and shipments
- Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents
- Sort, organize and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated locations by part and quantity
- Ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for
- Collect funds from customers if necessary and maintain all required documents
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Perform additional duties as assigned
