Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- possess a valid driver's license with safe driving record
- have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery
- possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
- ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in physically demanding environments including exposure to temperature changes, food odors, and cramped spaces
Job Qualifications
- valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- ability to navigate and read maps within delivery area
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to operate store equipment
- capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- willingness to work flexible hours and under varying weather conditions
- ability to follow instructions and make sound decisions under pressure
- prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- deliver pizza orders safely and efficiently to customers
- navigate delivery routes including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings
- operate all store equipment
- stock ingredients and supplies in the designated storage and work areas
- prepare pizza and related food products
- receive and process telephone and walk-in orders
- take inventory and complete related paperwork
- clean equipment and maintain the store facility
- communicate effectively with customers and team members over phone and in person
- handle monetary transactions and make correct change
- enter orders using computer systems
- adhere to safety and quality control standards
