Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- insured vehicle available for delivery use
- ability to navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to handle repetitive tasks and work under pressure
- willingness to work in various weather conditions
- physical ability to perform delivery tasks including walking and lifting
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry
- ability to make correct monetary change
- ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
- navigational skills
- ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
- previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- deliver orders to customers timely and professionally
- navigate delivery routes and locate addresses within delivery area
- maintain safe driving record and adhere to traffic laws
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
