Job Requirements
- valid driver license with clean driving record
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- 18 years of age or older
- ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- proficiency with gps and smartphone technology
- excellent time management skills
- good communication and customer service skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous delivery or driving experience preferred
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks like stooping bending reaching and climbing stairs
- ability to work independently
Job Qualifications

- excellent customer service and communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous delivery or professional driving experience preferred
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions if applicable
Job Duties
- safely operate personal vehicle to deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- load and unload packages efficiently ensuring proper handling of items
- plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
- maintain accurate records of deliveries mileage and fuel consumption
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- provide excellent customer service addressing any concerns or inquiries
- adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- report any issues or delays to dispatch team promptly
- assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
