Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, and climb on occasion
Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands
- Ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders
- Orientation and on-the-job training provided
Job Duties
- Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely and courteously
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu and customer WOW steps
- Count pepperoni and ham on every order as required
- Ensure no pizzas are cleared before being ready for the oven
- Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Greet customers with "Let me get your change" on every order
- Maintain a neat, clean, and positive image of driver vehicle during delivery
