Job Requirements
- Hold a valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 1 year of beverage distribution driving experience
- Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and comply with DOT regulations
- Capable of lifting and handling beverage products using company equipment
- Basic proficiency in completing delivery documentation and payment collection
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong attention to safety and detail
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- Proven experience in beverage distribution delivery
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle safety inspections
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles and related equipment safely
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with documentation and payment collection systems like Encompass
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to company policies
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in customer-facing roles
Job Duties
- Check in with Delivery Supervisor daily upon arrival
- Perform daily pre-trip DOT inspection of vehicle
- Follow DOT regulations and conduct post-trip DOT inspection
- Deliver products safely and timely to specified locations
- Review daily tasks with Delivery Driver Assistant when assigned
- Use company equipment to off-load items
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Follow training systems and procedures from Delivery Manager
- Swap product per company and supplier procedures
- Complete all delivery, pick up, and DOT documents
- Check product dates and rotate stock
- Build displays as requested by Account Manager
- Keep cooler and backstock areas clean and organized
- Dispose of trash properly at customer accounts
