Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent driving history
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL
- Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous route delivery or merchandising experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within training period
- Ability to pass DOT physical
- Knowledge of beverage delivery industry preferred
Job Duties
- Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
- Under supervision learn processes and gain skills to service customers using equipment such as handheld invoicing devices
- Begin and end shift check-in and out, handling cash and paperwork accountability
- Properly secure company assets and inventory
- Safely handle and deliver products at customer locations
- Develop merchandising skills including stocking, facing products, and building displays
- Build customer service skills by communicating customer needs and issues
- Adhere to safety standards and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules
