Job Requirements
- High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer skills and math skills
- Ability to distinguish the difference between colors
- Must be able to work standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, lifting, and carrying products
- Must be a team player
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle
- Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure products are delivered promptly
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle
- Prepare orders by mixing/tinting products to customers' specifications
- Accurately identify and match paint colors
- Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawer
- Provide a high level of customer service ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services
- Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow
- Other duties as assigned by management
