- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
- must be 19 plus in specific states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
- any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- successful ID verification
