Job Requirements
- Must be 25 years or older
- must pass all required pre-employment screenings
- must have a clean motor vehicle driving record
- must possess a valid driver’s license
- must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and nights
- must be compliant with all regulatory requirements for the cannabis industry
- must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state
- must have strong attention to detail
- must be focused and reliable
- must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- must be able to follow instructions
- must have the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- retail experience preferred
- cannabis retail experience a plus
- cannabis POS software knowledge a plus
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to follow instructions and internalize training
- product knowledge of regulated cannabis industry

Job Duties
- Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
- manage documents and manifests associated with cannabis delivery
- maintain positive professional relationships with dispensary staff
- communicate effectively and timely when issues arise during deliveries
- explain cannabis products professionally to customers if necessary
- perform cash transactions accurately and handle cash payments
- demonstrate product knowledge of cannabis products from a regulated retail dispensary
- operate POS system, cash register, and payment processing tools
- provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, and in-person
- develop and maintain rapport with customers
- address and communicate customer and patient concerns promptly
- obey all traffic laws and drive vehicles safely and legally
- maintain a positive work environment based on trust and respect
- uphold confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- assist dispensary staff during downtime with inventory, organizing back stock, cleaning, and updating online platforms
