Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have valid driver’s license
- acceptable motor vehicle record required
- proof of insurance with name listed as a driver
- must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts
- ability to perform cross-training and other workstation duties
- physical fitness to meet job demands such as lifting and standing
- ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- must comply with uniform, appearance, and operation standards
- non-exempt, hourly employment status
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- proof of insurance for vehicle used in deliveries
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- effective communication and customer service skills
- ability to adapt to changing work environments
- basic cash management skills
- willingness to learn and perform multiple workstation tasks
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- sense of urgency and reliability
- bilingual skills a plus in certain markets
Job Duties
- Check all products for accuracy and quality against established standards
- deliver products to customers safely, courteously, and timely
- perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn and navigate delivery areas efficiently
- verify orders for quality and accuracy before delivery
- provide quality customer service through positive, professional interactions
- act with urgency and complete assigned workstation duties including making products and preparing ingredients
- support closing duties including cleaning and securing the work area
- process orders and payment transactions accurately using the PROFIT system
- manage cash duties responsibly
- support sales by suggestive selling and distributing marketing materials
- maintain clean and organized work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
