Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- proof of insurance with name listed as a driver
- access to a satisfactory vehicle for deliveries
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- ability to perform tasks using hands repetitively and stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly
- willingness to be cross-trained in various restaurant duties
- ability to work in noisy, outdoor, and variable temperature environments
- ability to comply with uniform, appearance, and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- prior experience in fast-food or restaurant delivery roles preferred
- basic cash management skills
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication and customer service skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with food safety and quality standards
Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area thoroughly
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
- work as part of a team and assist others during shifts
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- execute cash management duties
- use the PROFIT System
- support sales efforts by suggestive selling
- distribute door hangers during shifts
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
