Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen including no THC
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- proficiency in spoken and written English
- ability to lift and carry heavy items with help or proper equipment
- available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime
- ability to drive a 24-foot box truck
- genuine passion for customer service
- able to provide proof of identity and legal work status
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer-facing delivery or customer service role preferred
- ability to operate a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
- physically able to lift and carry heavy items with assistance or proper equipment
- strong communication skills in English
- problem-solving and resourcefulness
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- commitment to safety and quality
Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality American-made home furnishings to customers’ homes and businesses in the Washington, DC/Maryland area
- perform basic assembly and product staging in the warehouse
- inspect products for quality before delivery
- work collaboratively with a delivery partner as a two-person team
- prioritize safety in all tasks
- communicate effectively with customers, delivery partners, and internal teams
- support warehouse operations including loading and unloading products
