Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
- able to lift and carry heavy items with assistance or proper equipment
- proficiency in spoken and written English
- able to pass pre-employment requirements including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)
- ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

- prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role
- valid driver’s license
- ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
- physical strength, agility, and stamina
- proficiency in spoken and written English

- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- deliver high-quality home furnishings to customers throughout the Seattle area
- alternate roles between driver and delivery partner within the team
- prepare products for delivery including staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection
- provide exceptional customer service and represent the Room & Board brand
- maintain safety standards during all delivery and warehouse activities
- communicate effectively with delivery partners, warehouse staff, and customers
- contribute to a respectful and accountable team environment
