Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Have a personal vehicle (Sway does not provide vehicles)
- Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Drive from the comfort of your own vehicle
- Deliver and pick up packages within a local area
- Start in the morning, be home before dinner
- All routes start and end at the warehouse facility
- Operate a mobile app that routes you to each pickup and delivery location
- Maintain timely and professional delivery service
- Communicate effectively with support and logistics teams
