Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 21 years of age or older
- have at least 3 years of driving experience
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- meet MVR check requirements
- possess DOT medical card as required
- physical ability to lift 50 plus pounds
- ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack forklift and dolly
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required
- experience with hand truck dolly pallet jack and forklift preferred
- must be 21 years of age or older
- have at least 3 years of driving experience
- meet MVR check requirements
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- physical and mental stamina to move safely in store and outdoor areas
- ability to push pull merchandise up to 2 000 pounds using material handling equipment
- operate delivery equipment efficiently and safely
- ability to lift and move large bulky or heavy merchandise
- ability to safely load and unload delivery truck
- ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar
- excellent time-management skills
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to read write and count accurately
- ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps
- ability to complete all required training
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
- ensure timely deliveries meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times
- operate and maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and equipment including a trailer
- load unload and organize products safely and efficiently
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- maintain accurate delivery records and report issues
- communicate with customers providing updates and addressing concerns
- provide exceptional customer service creating a positive friendly experience
- partner with field sales team and store personnel to satisfy customer needs
- handle products with care to avoid damage
- follow traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving
- handle returns exchanges and customer inquiries
