Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods including moving about dispensary and delivery areas and remaining stationary in a vehicle
- Ability to converse and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
- Ability to operate POS systems, computers, and office productivity software
- Ability to prepare patient and customer orders by moving and placing products
- Ability to inspect and verify detailed customer and order information
- Ability to move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently
- Ability to position self to move inventory and materials in storage areas
Job Qualifications
- At least one years of professional driving experience preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass required background checks including Motor Vehicle Report and state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements including varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
- Prior cannabis experience not required
Job Duties
- Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries throughout the day
- Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as changing tires and checking fluids
- Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery ensuring proper records and manifests are maintained
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with dispensary staff
- Communicate timely and effectively when delivery issues arise
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
