Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- Have a 2-door or 4-door car for car deliveries
- Hold a valid driver’s license in your name
- For scooter deliveries, have a motorized scooter under 50cc
- For bicycle or foot deliveries, be at least 18 years old and possess a government-issued ID
- Submit Social Security number for background screening
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- Ability to use a smartphone and Uber app
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with local area and traffic patterns
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation method corresponding to delivery mode
Job Duties
- Receive orders and pick up food from restaurants
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to customers
- Maintain communication with customers through the app
- Use GPS and navigation tools for efficient routing
- Ensure food safety and proper handling during delivery
- Manage multiple delivery orders as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
