Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, listen, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to comply with dress code
- Ability to pass sandwich making tests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or delivery experience is a plus
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Current automobile insurance
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments
- Deliver sandwich orders to customers safely, courteously, and timely within established delivery areas
- Work with management to reconcile cash from delivery sales
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches following recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- Pass sandwich making tests within first weeks and during future testing
- Display professionalism and positive attitude
- Perform other related duties as required
