Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Possess current automobile insurance
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business requires
- Physically capable of working 30-40 hours per week and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, talk, listen, and have good vision
- Willingness to maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, and understanding basic fractions
- Previous experience in food service or delivery preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass sandwich preparation tests within the first two weeks and during future assessments
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments, and perform other cash handling duties
- Deliver sandwich orders safely, courteously, and timely within the designated delivery area
- Accept payments from customers
- Reconcile cash from delivery sales with management at the end of each shift
- Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches following all recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- Comply with dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Perform other related duties as required
