Job Requirements
- At least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- possession of a valid driver's license in your name for car or scooter delivery
- motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter deliveries
- at least 18 years old for bicycle or on-foot delivery
- government-issued ID for bicycle or on-foot delivery
- ability to pass a background screening
- possession of a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- access to a smartphone with internet
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in delivery or transportation industries is a plus
- valid driver's license for car or scooter delivery
- knowledge of San Juan city geography beneficial
- basic smartphone proficiency to use the Uber app
- reliable vehicle or transportation method matching Uber requirements
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Pick up food orders from restaurants or designated locations
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- maintain communication with customers and support via the app
- manage and optimize delivery routes using the Uber Eats platform
- adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations
- ensure food is delivered in good condition and at the right temperature
- manage own schedule to maximize earnings and efficiency
