Job Requirements
- minimum age of 19 years for car and scooter delivery
- minimum age of 18 years for bicycle or foot delivery
- valid government-issued ID
- social Security number for background screening
- access to a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- smartphone capable of running the Uber app
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- ability to use GPS and mobile apps proficiently
- good time management skills
- basic knowledge of the local area in Rowlett
- customer service experience is a plus
- able to carry food deliveries safely and securely
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests through the Uber app
- pick up food orders from restaurants promptly
- deliver orders to customers accurately and on time
- maintain communication with customers and support teams
- follow all traffic and safety regulations
- manage delivery schedules independently
- provide excellent customer service
