Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old for car and scooter deliveries
- Must be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot deliveries
- Have a valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- Own or have access to a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- Have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- Provide a government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or on foot
- Submit Social Security number for background screening
- Pass background check
- Have a smartphone with internet access
- Be able to lift moderate weights
- Have reliable transportation
- Consent to background screening
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID depending on delivery method
- Reliable mode of transportation such as a car, scooter, bicycle, or ability to deliver on foot
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with using smartphone apps for navigation and delivery management
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Age 18 or older for bicycle or foot delivery
- Age 19 or older for car or scooter delivery
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers
- Use the Uber Eats app to accept and manage delivery requests
- Maintain clear communication with customers and support teams
- Follow local traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Manage payment and delivery confirmations efficiently
- Keep your vehicle or bike clean and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance user experience
