Job Requirements
- minimum age of 19 years for car or scooter delivery
- minimum age of 18 years for bicycle or foot delivery
- valid driver's license in their name for car or scooter delivery
- have a suitable delivery vehicle or transportation method
- pass background screening including submission of Social Security number
- ability to use a smartphone for the Uber app
- possess government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
Job Qualifications
- valid driver's license (for car and scooter delivery)
- government-issued ID (for bicycle or foot delivery)
- ability to operate a 2-door or 4-door car, motorized scooter under 50cc, bicycle, or deliver on foot
- reliable smartphone to use the Uber Eats app
- basic knowledge of the Malvern area
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests through the Uber Eats app
- navigate efficiently to pickup and drop-off locations
- communicate courteously with customers and restaurant staff
- ensure timely and safe delivery of food orders
- maintain the condition of the vehicle or delivery mode
- follow all local traffic laws and Uber policies
- provide excellent customer service
