Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- have a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- own a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- provide a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
- submit social security number for background screening
- have access to a smartphone with internet connectivity
- ability to lift and carry delivery items safely
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- ability to operate a car, scooter, bicycle, or deliver on foot
- knowledge of Katy area and traffic patterns is a plus
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and order management
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests via the Uber app
- pick up food orders from restaurants promptly
- deliver orders to customers accurately and in good condition
- maintain excellent customer service and communication
- navigate efficiently through Katy and surrounding areas
- comply with safety regulations and traffic rules
- manage flexible working hours effectively
