Job Requirements
- must be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- must be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- must have a valid government-issued ID
- must have a valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- must have a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- must submit social security number for background screening
- must choose the correct transportation method when signing up
- must be eligible to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- must meet minimum age requirements (19 years for car or scooter delivery, 18 years for bicycle or foot delivery)
- ability to use a smartphone and the Uber app proficiently
- good communication skills
- ability to navigate local streets and neighborhoods
- basic knowledge of vehicle or transportation safety standards
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- pick up food orders from restaurants
- deliver food orders to customers accurately and on time
- use the Uber app to receive delivery requests and navigate routes
- communicate effectively with customers and restaurant staff
- maintain the cleanliness and safety of your vehicle or transportation method
- manage your schedule independently and work flexibly
- ensure all deliveries comply with Uber’s quality and service standards
