Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- have a valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- own a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- own a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- submit Social Security number for background check
- pass a background screening
- have a government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or on foot
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car or scooter deliveries
- government-issued ID for bicycle or foot deliveries
- familiarity with Alhambra area
- reliable vehicle, scooter, bicycle, or suitable mode of transportation
- basic smartphone proficiency
- strong sense of time management
- ability to work independently
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests through the Uber app
- pick up food or passenger at designated locations
- navigate efficiently to delivery or drop-off points
- maintain timely and professional service
- manage multiple deliveries or rides as needed
- communicate effectively with customers and support team
- ensure compliance with local traffic and safety regulations
