Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of one-year commercial driving experience
- Ability to safely operate vehicles under 26,000 pounds GVW
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads, up to and over 100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of one-year commercial driver experience
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Competent in safe vehicle operation
- Knowledge of material handling and warehouse operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting and moving heavy objects

- Problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety protocols and compliance
Job Duties
- Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes to ensure proper working condition
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
- Properly document goods delivered or loaded
- Load and unload trucks
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers
- Maintain records such as vehicle logs, cargo records, or billing statements in accordance with regulations
- Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions
- Report delays, accidents, or other transportation issues to bases or other vehicles using telephones or mobile two-way radios
