The Non-CDL Delivery Driver role at Farmer's Fridge is vital for furthering the company’s mission to provide fresh, healthy food conveniently. This full-time, Monday through Friday position operates from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, offering an hourly rate of $20.50 plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. As a Delivery Driver, you will be entrusted with delivering fresh meals and snacks to wholesale retail partners and smart vending machines throughout the Louisville, KY area. The role requires you to safely operate company-owned refrigerated vans, ensuring that deliveries are made accurately and promptly within designated time windows. Beyond just transporting food, you will be the face of Farmer's Fridge in the community—your professionalism, friendliness, and reliability directly influence customer experience and satisfaction.

In this position, your daily tasks will involve navigating city streets efficiently, maintaining strict adherence to product handling and food safety standards, and using technology such as iPads to communicate and confirm delivery status. Success in this role is measured by your ability to maintain consistent on-time deliveries and follow established delivery processes. You will work mostly independently, but your collaboration and teamwork skills are essential to support company goals and foster a supportive work environment.
